Anyone with a back problem, the mattress will get to you. Sinks in. Esp if you sleep on it over a couple of days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found it clean for the price.

Appreciated putting our room off to the side near stairs and elevator so we didn't feel like our little one was too disruptive. Also the crib was a collapsable pack and play which was very familiar and comfortable for the little one too.

Great location for local transportation. Our room had a 2 inch gap under the door which allowed for hall noise, the walls were thin enough I could hear our neighbor snoring. The property qas clean and we would stay here again.

I loved everything about our stay in hotel. Excellent service, location is serene, beautiful and near to attractions. Our room was extremely big, beautifully furnished and clean. Both the receptionist that checked us in and the one that checked us out were both amazing. I'm really glad i tried out this hotel and i give it 10/10.

Loved our stay at Signature Townhouse! Shruti at the front desk was most helpful! Allowed us to check in a little early and also being able to store our bags after check out was so nice! Breakfast in the morning was really good. Staff was always so friendly. Great location near Underground as well as several great restaurants. Thank you!

Good Value Stay in Kensington

I was met by a very friendly receptionist, who checked me in very efficiently. The Hotel was a good location for our business trip and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and size of the room. Despite being in the basement level, the rooms felt airy and were brightly lit... Bathroom was a little small, but perfectly workable. The Coffee machine was a nice touch....

It was comfortable and very accessible to public transport. Paddington Station is walkable. The room is very tiny with no place to hang our clothes. The cleaners could have done a better job.

We arrived into London early morning after travelling for 24 hours with a 6 and 7 year old!! We made our way to the hotel from the airport and the staff were incredible, taking our luggage, settling us in the lobby lounge with coffee and hot chocolate. 10 minutes later they let us know that we could check in to our room (well before normal checkin time). This really made the start of our trip. We had a quad room and it was perfect for us. Enough room, comfy beds, clean and a big bathroom. Awesome location right next to Hyde park and on the tour bus route. Would definitely stay there again.
