We stayed at Wembar Hotel from November 18th to 21st. The room was small and okay, but unfortunately, it was not cleaned during our stay. The air conditioning was not working, and when I asked about it, they said it was broken. After mentioning that we felt cold at night, they provided a small heater, which worked well, and given the size of the room, it was sufficient. The location is quite far from downtown London, and the hotel has no additional facilities. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit,

Shops and tube very near which was great. TV was not working and air con didnt work either. Would bring an extra pillow as the flat thing provided was no good and had to sleep with all my clothes under it. It was noisy from street and other guests walking arounf however ear plug worksd fund for this and to be expected in entral london. Overall was fine for the price but defo could have done with a working TV and a pillow that you could sleep on.

Decent value for money in London

Value for money was OK and you get what you pay for. Check-in was confusing as we did not receive the instructions via e-mail as we were supposed to, but they staff were very responsive on WhatsApp. Room was very basic but it served it's purpose

Ok but not really clean

Stayed for one night. Check in was okay, person was friendly and kind. However, the floor and the bathroom were not really clean. It was ok but I wouldn't stay longer that one night.

Stayed there a few times and like check in process, good if you arrive late. Great location close to the tube. Only downside was adjusting shower to less hot and I’ve never managed to get normal tv stations there

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. Tesco express less than 2 minutes away. Tube station is also very close. My only gripe is that the shower was uncomfortably hot.

Very convenient place close to the underground station, bus stop in front of the hotel, shops nearby walkable distance. Staff are really helpful and friendly Rooms have bottles of water provided which is a bonus

Overall a little disappointed with the stay, we had booked the deluxe double room and when we got there the room we had was not representative of what was advertised when booking the deluxe double room. Pictures aren’t really true to what was advertised either, understand price is reasonable which is okay. Was not very clean, hair and dirt on the floors/shower/bed. Bed was comfortable though. The AC didn’t really work that well so it was quite uncomfortably warm in the rooms. I will say the staff were lovely and attentive but would not be returning.

2 Night Stay as Tourists

the location was amazing, close to the Earl’s Court Underground and also close to a range if shops for food. The room was quite small as expected, however unfortunately the aircon was weak and didn’t seem to work at all, thankfully we could open the window for fresh air. The bathroom also tight as expected however what wasn’t expected was a partially blocked drain which meant the shower floor filled up quick and we would be standing in a puddle of our grime. The service however we couldn’t fault as they always replied fast and were helpful when we needed. Although they don’t hold your luggage post checkout, they did accomodate for an early check in for us.
