"We stayed 4 nights. Decided on this hotel due to best pricing and shuttle included. This is an older hotel that has popcorn ceiling. A few things to note: 1. "Clean room and awesome staff. We went for Universal Studios. There’s a shuttle that arrives every 15min that accommodates about 20ppl. I had an Amazon order arrive the concierge desk the day after we checked out and they were kind enough to reach out and let me know and helped get the package returned. ..."
