"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"The hotel was clean and well appointed. Soundproofing of the room was excellent. The front desk staff was uniformly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help me get a safe refrigerator to put some expensive injectable medication in overnight."

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. "Rude employees everywhere in the hotel and casino "

"The rooms were very clean, the bars and casino were very nice. We did not eat there because we were there for a concert and all the restaurants were closed by the time we got home. They do have a 24 hour bar food type restaurant. Overall it’s a great resort hotel."

"I used the bar this time sparingly as was at a concert the nite of stay but the hotel rooms are Devine end quite nice in style and amenities "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "
