We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful. We had a balcony where we could stand and look out at the river and people watch. Everything was clean and well updated. Nice restaurants, but very pricey.

Embassy Suites Louisville Downtown
No TV remote for the room. Not the biggest deal but called the front desk to rectify. Desk clerk said would have house keeping bring one up and no one ever showed. Short of taking the TV off the wall to unplug it, it was on all night. Room was very warm on 7th floor with thermostat turned down all ...

Our family of 5 booked a room with 2 queen beds. We were give a room with 1 king bed for 5 people because that’s all that was left. Left with 2 people sleeping on the floor.
