Khách sạn Lower Hardres and Nackington

"We have stayed twice at The Victoria and will no doubt stay in the future. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The building is old and tired, but it is clean and very good value for money, The restaurant is welcoming and the food is good too. The location is convenient to walk into Canterbury. Parking is FREE at The Victoria."

"Couldn't understand why we had to pay extra £50 ..Will get back after stay.first night really good.2nd day left door tag for room to be cleaned,it wasn't,only to be told we hadn't put out room to be cleaned, which we had when we left at 8.30..most disappointed as our my birthday and wedding anniversary. Bed not made.no cleaned towels, cups or coffee tea etc refills.went to have drinks, twice it happend, had to go to reception for service as they were to busy talking. Limited stock in bar no...

"The family room was clean, but very well loved, it needed a refresh. The shower curtain kept falling down too. The pub was lovely, we spent most of our time there. Breakfast was fantastic and the best part of the stay. Very well located for transportation and access to the town center, we were able to walk everywhere from there."

"Very nice old building, immediately adjacent to the entrance to Canterbury Cathedral ticket office. Centrally located on the Royal Mile. The main downside is that parking is about 1/4 mile away and Ubers and Taxis can only get you within 100 yards of the door"

"Clean comfortable quiet room on the first floor. Staff were all very friendly, and helpful. Great service."

"Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish."

"We had a two bedroom cottage again this time because we brought our dog - it's fantastic for that reason but the standard of cleanliness was not great tim"

"Worst bed I've slept on in a long time. Really not recommended for anyone. "

"Clean accommodation, Polite helpful staff. Good location for Howletts Zoo and short distance to Canterbury town centre by car ."

"Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and it’s a lovely place!"

"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."

"Great place to stay. Everything was perfect"

"Wonderful stay, only one night but definitely will make the effort to come back. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, all were cheerful and welcoming. The food was amazing. Lovely village location. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay."
