"Breakfast was good . Helpful and friendly staff"

"Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver....

"Checked in late in the evening. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude when we asked any question. Some of the hotel was under construction but when asked about a lobby restroom, rude. Asked about beverages available, rude. Asked about entrances open, rude. The bedsheet had a large hole in it, guess what...rude. "

"Wifi was down and doors couldn’t be open with keycards . Staff had to come and open the doors for us which made it awkward and unsafe . Linens were dirty and dusty . Also , they never ever return the incidentals fee so watch out for this !"

"The room was perfect. Our only complaint was the breakfast, which was sparse. Some of The pastries were pre made and wrapped, full of chemicals, not edible. There was no yogurt. The juice was not refreshed, mostly apple, not enough orange. Apparently, the very polite kitchen worker was overwhelmed. There was one bagel 40 minutes before closing, never refreshed. The next morning 15 minutes after opening, there was one bagel!! There were 3 half and half containers for a hotel with at least...

"Really cool environment if you are into dinosaurs and fossils. The hotel is older and shows its age in places. But it's clean and well maintained. Bed is not too bad. HVAC is noisy (we've had 2 different rooms with the same issue). Staff is courteous and the included breakfast is pretty good with fresh scrambled eggs, green chili, some kind of meat and potatoes. The coffee is awful, but everything else is quite good."

"This is a property where people live. While they do have people that come and go, you can see that people live there. Housekeeping is every two weeks. There is no ice machine and no real amenities for eating there. There is a coffee machine and a toaster and a refrigerator. While this is a non-smoking property, there is a smell of marijuana at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Just be aware that it is not a typical hotel."

"I wanted to love this hotel given other reviews. It’s a few blocks from our Denver house and a convenient stay while we prepared for sale. The +s: free covered, locked parking, it’s a hotel in an area lacking hotels. The room was nice enough and there’s a lounge/ restaurant that besides the awkward decor, was crowded. What didn’t work for us: your floor to ceiling room windows face and are close to all the other rooms. Which would be fine if the staff could tell you whether they were one-way...

"Decent place but they will surprise you with the mandatory valet parking for $54 and night. While it is convenient, they should add it into the nightly rate so I can book accordingly. Otherwise, this is false advertising."

"I liked the price & setting. I really enjoyed the fact that you can meet new random people, however, there weren't many there during my stay it seemed. I only talked to 1-2 people briefly. The bathrooms are small but work. Theres hardly anywhere to put clothes when showing so they dont stay wet, I made it work however. Hard to dress in the top bunk as its limited room.
