"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"北Walesに入る前泊として、60代夫婦が宿泊したホテルです。当日は列車が大幅に遅延したため、チェックインがその日のラスト一組だった私たちでしたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。 何よりも嬉しかったのは、ウェルカムドリンクとして、ワイン一本を無料でプレゼントしてくれたことです。 部屋には扇風機が設置されていて、快適に部屋内での時間を過ごせました。大型画面のテレビにて、サッカー・ワールドカップの試合も、迫力満点の映像で楽しめました。 チェスター駅からは少し離れているので、駅とホテルの往復にはタクシーの利用がおすすめです。(£5.5〜6.5くらいでした)"

Booking in was straight forward enough but they wanted a payment card handed over so that they could make all the entries instead of putting a card through a card reader. "I liked the location right on the banks of the river also the free parking in a prime location. Didn't like the hit and miss breakfast, at our first breakfast everything was well overcooked almost inedible, but our second day breakfast was cooked to perfection ! go figure"
