"Love the place and location. Rooms are nice size and the staff is friendly. Transportation by bus or train station (underground) was easy to navigate. A lot of food options are available and a grocery store is directly across the street. Doesn’t have a gym but there is a local gym near by that offer a daily rate."

This was a shock when we arrived and turned the lights on to see tables,...

"Avoid this hotel.
Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted.
Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages.
