"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Hotel seemed older but was clean. It wasnt super quiet but also was not loud either. We were able to sleep with little interruption. The location was okay. 20 minute walk to the tourist area and main sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. We felt safe in the hotel. They had locks and staff at the desk. Zu meiner Überraschung war das Zimmer sehr groß, richtig geräumig und das Bad/WC ebenfalls groß und sogar mit Fenster, ehe eine Seltenheit, also TOP! Zimmer war super sauber und die netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. "At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. "En las habitaciones compartidas hay que llevar un candado pequeño para guardar tus cosas, sino ahi te lo venden por 3 € en recepción. No me gusto que el balcón tenia llave y no pude salir a ver. En la habitación que yo estuve, el lavamanos no le funciona el drenaje, el agua se acumula y es incomodo. En atención del personal fue 10/10 y con el resto de servicios esta aceptable porque es solo para dormir."
