I think they make more money by not releasing rooms even if they are ready til 3pm because guests hang around and spend money in the restaurant. "The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. The location was close to town center with plenty of shops to choose from. And, it was close to the cruise port where we would embark for another journey."

"Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable."

"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...

The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. "Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely"
