"clean room with great space"

"Unfortunately the room I was given had bugs. The people at the front desk were polite and understanding and moved me to a new room. The property isn’t well maintained and the elevators are very rickety and looks like it is a year passed inspection. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold. When checking me in the trainee meant to charge me the deposit but accidentally recharged me for my 5 days stay on the card I was putting the deposit on. Tying up an additional $600 for my entire stay. Mistakes...

"The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. "The room was clean and staff was nice."

"Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."

"The best part was I was able to park in front of the room. There was an eyelash on the wall, carpet had a huge burn in it by the door and mold everywhere. I’m pissed I paid 96 dollars when this is clearly a 50 dollar room IF THAT!!!!!!"
