Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.

Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore
Only the service elevator was working so no means to get up to third floor rooms without a staff member engaging the service elevator. Very odd set up that we could walk up to second floor but not to the third floor.
