"We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable, light, airy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. "I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!"

No breakfast chef on second morning so no cooked breakfast. Cold buffet extremely basic. Restaurant not open either night so had to eat out.
