"Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night"

"Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. "

"We showed up and waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. We then tried to call the Desk line and had no response so we instead left. Later when I called to request to cancel my reservation and not get penalized for no showing the guy on the phone was extremely rude. "

"Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are quite. Not use to having to ask for blankets, as they were not on the bed or in the closet. The halls reak of Marijuana especially near the doors and in the elevator. "

"Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...
