"The hotel lobby and room size was great. Hall ways had a lot of stains on the rug. Doesn't look like it was vacuumed in a week. The pool area was in really dirty. Empty cans and plastic cups laying around and under furniture. Doesn't look like anyone was out there to straighten up the pool area in awhile. The pool deck was filthy too. Lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned up. Great location, this could be a really nice place if some cleaning details were addressed."
"What a wonderful place . This is a quaint, sophisticated, adults only hotel nestled in the heart of downtown a Palm Springs. They really treat their guests very well. I went for my birthday and was not disappointed. It’s clean and well kept, beds are comfy, you also have a robe to wear if you want. The pool is fantastic and open 24 hrs a day. They even give each guest a breakfast box with all kinds of goodies. So many special little things that makes your stay extra special. We will be back...
"Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option...
