On the day we were supposed to arrive to the hotel, we received a call from them informing us of a clogged bathroom in our room from the previous residents, but they very quickly relocated us to an upgraded, 3-bedroom apartment (for no extra charge) and we had zero trouble. She kept us updated and responded very quickly and nicely to our questions and made us feel like family throughout the process. Definitely recommend"
