"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. ..."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Fantastic staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful. Beds very comfortable and hotel extremely clean and lovely outside areas to enjoy the views! The island of Murano is charcterful and much quieter than Venice, with a range of restaurants and shops."

"Bed bugs in bed, walls, and appliances. Bites everywhere on my body. Hotel staff promised me a full refund. I had to emergency book a hotel elsewhere. The hotel didn’t even compensate me for the pain and suffering I endured."
