"You should book a stay here without hesitation. The property and the apparmement were outstanding. The staff was very attentive and helpful."

"The structure has a ton of character and the hotel is very centrally located. However, I would expect a higher level of service from an establishment boasting a Michelin key. For example, when we vacated the rooms and had to store out luggage for a little while longer (as we still wanted to enjoy the city of Florence), they didn't have a safe deposit box for us to leave our passports and valuables at, and we had to carry them with us. This is a basic requirement from any reasonable hotel."

"Borgia di Firenze shares the building with other properties. It is central to everything, so convenient. We were serenaded every night with an opera singer practicing his craft in the square. Our favorite restaurant was literally 10-15 steps from the hotel. Small elevator; great room with modern amenities; don’t expect the typical lobby that is staffed around the clock. Did not know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised. We’ll stay here again when we return to Florence. Hopefully...

"Excellent hotel. The front desk staff was amazing Luca, Tomasso and his colleagues understood right away that we had a tough time with our previous hotel. They set us up with refreshments while we waited for our room. The room was excellent, very clean and well decorated. Amazing breakfast spread as well. Overall excellent staff and lovely stay.
