NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. ...

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....
