The hotel is excellent. The staff is great! Not only was I checked in early, but I was given an upgrade to my room with an excellent view. I come to New York often and I definitely want to stay here again.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Clean room, maids stopped by daily to freshen up room, fast elevators, very helpful staff. We had no problem checking in bus as the day got later so did the check in line. Perfect location!

For a $40 resort fee/night, the property doesn’t offer much in the ways of amenities. When I stayed last time you could at least get free coffee and water in the lobby.
