NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
De’Marcis was outstanding. Greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby from the street. The front desk staff, security, & cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The diner had the best food for reasonable prices being in NYC. Would stay again.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never ...

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Check in took forty five minutes of waiting in line. The app wasn't working. Numerous managerial staff came out to help premium members but only three staff were checking in the rest of the guests.
