Best choice for people visiting the city. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. The staff is wonderful and the dining hall had many options for breakfast. Again, the most comfortable king bed!

I like the location a lot. It was easy to connect with the rest of Queens, the Upper East side, and LaGuardia, which is why I chose to stay there. The room was very clean, and breakfast was good. The gym is okay, good enough for a quick workout.

Nice people, dirty floors

The customer service was good, and the breakfast was fine. The bed seemed clean, but the floor of the room was filthy. There was limited parking on-site, so we had to park at a lot a couple of blocks away the first night.

Excelente empleados y serviciales, la limpieza regular, pero el ambiente de sus alrededores del hotel muy malo y no hay muchas opciones para comer solo un subway y una pequeña bodega en la esquina. Fácil de acceso al subway ( metro) y bus. Utilice taxi para iva y regreso al JFK las condiciones de limpieza e higiene es pésimo.

I didn't feel comfortable. It's not a clean hotel. Bed room is small. Good staffing and they trying their best. Small dinning space. And only for 3 hours it's open so all guest made line to get their breakfast. It's not looks cool.

This hotel has the most friendly staff ever! The checkin was smooth and we were greeted by 2 jolly ladies. They immediately set us up with maps and tips since it was our first time in NY. Also the breakfast was great. Yasmin has been very helpful. A little downside was that our fridge wasn't working and we only came to know that after we'd bought some food for the next day. In the end we had to throw it all away :( But apart from that I totally recommend this hotel. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.
