The staff was nice but when we asked to have our room cleaned they just folded things and the bed closed it up. They did not change the sheets at all.. Who knows if they changed it before we arrived . Very unhappy with the cleanliness at this hotel. Will Not stay there anymore.

Absolute scam. It been almost two months since my stay and I haven’t received a refund on my deposit as promised. I have tried calling and emailing without any success. Avoid and save your money.

The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was so chic and close to everything. Best location ever! Loved this place and they let us keep our bags there until later in the day so we could explore NYC.

We were expecting a normal lobby, but was disappointed in the size. There was a a small sofa you could sit on, that’s it. Customer service was subpar at the lobby and at the rooftop. Maybe we were expecting too much from New York City. Will not be returning to this hotel. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible.
