Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Staff is not attentive or much friendly. We went to the Liberty Bar and had some questions about the menu, it seemed to bothered the staff there and they weren’t helpful. NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
I will be going back the hotel. rooms are clean but dated but the water pressure was the best!!! The best shower taken at a hotel. This hotel is in a great area close to many things fun todo. Worth the money and Monhammed checked us in and he was great.

The room was nice, the complimentary snacks was ok. My first express not so pleasant. Don't get me wrong the staff was ok it was issues with checkin.
