Nice hotel with a bare bones lobby (nowhere to even sit) and minimal front desk staff who were nice but didn't really offer any type of customer service. Stayed in a Balcony King. Great view. Hyatt Grand Central New York
The room was good and the location is excellent, our room had some noises which kept my wife up and there was a nearly $45 a night destination fee. If there is noise for you, you can ask to switch rooms.
