"Very helpful staff at this hotel. When we arrived at JFK we didn’t know how to summon the free shuttle bus but a quick Google search sorted this out - we had to wait about 10mins and then got dropped to the hotel. The lady staffing the bar was lovely but the menu is very limited so eat elsewhere ..."
