I LITERALLY had to force myself out of bed. It was so comfy. The breakfast was great. Different options every morning. The staff were unbelievable. I almost forgot I had to go home. That’s how comfortable and safe might I add. I absolutely loved it there and will definitely be back.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise ...

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY.
