"The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

"There are clearly different "tiers" for the rooms in this hotel. I felt that we were in a suite that probably shouldn't have been in rotation. Off in the back corner, lots of wear to the paint, faucets, dresser drawers, etc. It was clean, just aged and in need of some TLC. They had also clearly had a water leak in this wing as there were visible water marks on the hallway carpets and the overwhelming smell of air freshener attempting to mask the mildew smell.
On the surface the room was nice....

"Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. Constant, no matter what time of day or night

"Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff on check in and throughout our stay.
The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line).
Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
I would definitely return."

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor.
