"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

"Good things first:
Friendly staff and good service
Great location, quiet outside at night.
Room itself was quite nice- modern and coloruful with a lovely access to the garden
Cleaning team did great
Negative point:
-The air con kept maiking a rumbling loud noise every 20 mins, throughout the night which was a bit annoying.
-Small navigable room between the table and the bed which was a bit uncomfortable
- think my room was just below the reception and chairs were being moved about late at night...

"Nice hotel with friendly staff in a decent location for walking to surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The downsides were that our room was initially made up with dirty bedsheets, which the staff changed upon request, and the fact that the hotel room was essentially a studio unit. The bathroom is the entrance way and the shower and toilet had stall doors which did not fully separate those areas from the main room. I would not recommend this type of room for...

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"Very clean hotel in a lovely location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are small but modern and new. The negatives are that the rooms are incredibly small and dark. "Just ok, needs some updates in the room with plumbing and bed linens, lumpy pillows and fitted sheets and mattress pad didn’t fit the mattress so always coming off. Bathroom had leaks from the shower so the floor was always flooded and the tub drain was gurgling loudly the entire stay. Good location but for the price I’d opt for more central next time"
