"The inn is an older nostalgic hotel that has unique charm and challenge. It is a surviving relic from a different era, so don’t expect elevators or high tech. The stairs are a challenge for some, as are the low sinks and toilets. It’s a cost effective overnight stay, but that is the best part. Aged charm has its appeal, but if you need comfort and convenience, probably not for you. The breakfast is convenient… just hit or miss on some days. Parking is tough for a large SUV, so be aware."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very responsive on the Expedia app for messages. Room was so cool and classic! Neighborhood felt very safe, lovely walk to Queens. They let us leave bags after check out then return and have a cup of tea while we were waiting for our uber. Very classy! My only minor issue was coffee - there’s no hot coffee til 7am; pods were available before then but only French vanilla or decaf when I went at 6am. FYI if you need caffeine like me!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Very nice rooms. Very close to all the activities. Compared to other places, very affordable. We took advantage of the nice pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back."

"The inn has 3 buildings. 2 look to be newer or recently remodeled. The 3rd building is very, very old. The stairs are worn badly and in poor shape. My room was really clean but old. The heater in the wall didn’t work so they provided a small plug in type heater. There had been some drywall repairs by the heater that had not been painted after the repairs, there had been new baseboards installed but the wall above the baseboards had not been painted to Match the walls. "This was such a peaceful afternoon and evening . Tge gardens are delightful and offer such quietness to the property. The room 22 was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been more inviting. We loved the room. The staff went beyond being helpful. I wish I’d have brought a bathing suit , I would have liked the mineral springs . Next time . Absolute wonderful !"
