"The free breakfast was fantastic. They offered fresh NY style bagels, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fresh croisants and pastries, 4 different kins of bread for toast, yogurts, cereal, and fesh fruit. They offered coffee, tea, and fresh juice options and of course free bottles of water. I would stay there again."

"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. I was allowed to unload and load the car in front of the hotel. It was very convenient that the hotel had 2 restaurants and a 24 hour diner in the building. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only 4 floors had an ice machine in this hotel with 45 floors. My floors did not have an ice machine. I liked this hotel. Book an upgraded room."

"Hotel itself was excellent. Weekends seem to be busy with young partiers so be aware of that when getting the room. Avoid getting a room near the elevators. All other amenities and staff were excellent. "

"Clean, safe, and a wonderful room for our family stay in NYC. Staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast options that were included. The staff even gave us four vouchers for everyday since we had four in our party."
