"We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM and requested an early check‑in. Despite this, we received no communication or updates from the hotel, and the standard 4:00 PM check‑in time passed without any notice. When I followed up at the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned. By 5:00 PM—eight hours after our arrival—we still had no information. The second front desk agent I spoke with was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. This left us no choice but to escalate the matter to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was unacceptable, unprofessional, and dismissive. He stated that the room was not ready, refused to provide even an estimated availability time, and claimed there was no way to check with the cleaning staff—an explanation that is unreasonable and concerning for a hotel of this standard. We were finally able to check in at 8:00 PM, which is four hours past the regular check‑in time. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and basic customer service caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the hotel’s operational standards. The only positive aspect of this experience was Alex, who was the only staff member who provided genuine assistance and helped resolve the situation after hours of unnecessary delays. "

"My first time march14 was amazing but march24 i go with my kids and i have view room and have a view with construction and a room next ice machine cant sleep all night .i dont think staff was nice "

"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a four star hotel, I think because of the location. Room was dirty and curtains had holes in them. Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel. "

"This is a great boutique hotel near the theaters and Times Square. Rooms are a bit small but that would be typical for the area. There is no breakfast provided and I believe you can use a local gym nearby but it was too cold for us the look for it. Nice place. I would probably book this hotel again in the future. "
