There are beautiful seating areas and the rooms all have balconies that look over the river. It's quiet, serene, peaceful. Although they don't have cable, they do have Netflix! "Cozy, quaint hotel with real early American New England feel. Our room was at the far end from the Old Salt Restaurant so we didn't hear any noise from there. I have no idea if rooms closer to the Old Salt can hear anything from there or not. If I am ever staying in that part of New Hampshire again, I would happily stay at Lamie's again."
