"Super convenient location! Walkable to everything, close to times square and broadway shows, as well as Radio City music hall. Easy access to public transportation. It was loud outside, but it is NY so that is expected. Not a great view from the room on the 8th floor, but room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower took a while to heat up and had to have on full heat to get a good temp."

"The staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming during our first visit to NYC. We had many questions, and everyone was more than welling to help. I traveled with my two daughters and was never worried. The location was great, with the subway nearby. We will definitely stay there again."
