"Although looking like you’d arrived in some post apocalyptic horror movie when you drive into the car park once inside the property all looked modern and clean. Even had a view of bunnies and geese from the window of our room. Staff were welcoming and complimentary snacks and water in the room made for a delightful stay visiting friends locally. "

"We had another amazing stay at this Hotel which we come to every year whilst visiting family & friends. The staff are so friendly and go out of there way to ensure you are happy with everything. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Good amenities too..Highly recommend."

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. She advised us the night potter would make up our room. We arrived later and check in with him. He just gave us the keys, didn't tell us where the room was. "Really nicely furnished and decorated room and bathroom with a lovely comfy bed. A vast bath and shower, a separate seating area for two and a nice hospitality tray. It would have been a great room to catch up on some work if I had needed to. It was also really quiet; I had been a bit worried about this as I have stayed in some pubs where the noise in the room has affected sleep. Some of the furnishings were a little tired. "Amazingly good staff - friendly and efficient. Surprised no dining room for evening meals but with such good (Michelin starred?) pub 3 minutes walk away they were forgiven. New batteries, with cleaned contacts, were needed in the safe so it was a good job that we weren't too worried about leaving valuables in our room. Excellent breakfast!"

"The only downsides for us is that the shower wasn't very good (low power) and the television is mounted too high on the wall, so if we were to watch it for any period it gave us neck ache."

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
