"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

"Amazing stay we had at The Standard Singapore! My Hyatt status was recognized as well as my Expedia Platinum status. The staff are amazing, specially ‘Yacket’ at the Kaya resto! He is very attentive to our needs, always smiling, efficient and respectful yet amicable! Our rooms are always spotless, the housekeeping is doing a wonderful job! Thank u all so much! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"部屋はとても綺麗で清潔。広さも十分。毎日のミネラルウォーターボトル2本補充もありがたい。朝食のビュッフェは一般的で必要十分だがシンガポールらしさはあまり感じなかった。部屋にカードキーを忘れたときのフロントの対応はスムースでよかった。部屋の冷房は温度調節ができず、設定した希望温度にはいつまでたってもならない。ホテル内はエレベーター内を除いて基本的にどこも寒い。上着は必須です。チェックアウトしてスーツケースを引っ張ってタクシーに向かっていたらスタッフが手伝いを申し出てくれた。自分で運ぶと伝えるもさらに2度の申し出があり、折れてお願いしたらそのスタッフにスーツケースを外に出たところでかなりの勢いで倒され、中にワインボトルがあったので肝を冷やした。Sorryとおっしゃっていましたし、結局ワインは割れずに済みましたが、最後まで自分で運べばよかったと反省しました。"
