"Staff were so friendly and helpful in arranging travel for us to get to Wembley stadium as my mum has a walking problem. The room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it as a base again if we were going to watch a concert at the stadium as the experience was so easy over the 2 days and is a great location for any concerts there."

"Third visit to this hotel and once again I am pleased to say that all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities in the bar and restaurant were very good. The room and facilities were good too, however more attention needs to be undertaken regarding upgrading and ensuring everything works. For example the hairdryer and one bedside light didn’t work. Also no plug in the bathroom sink. All in all - a comfortable stay for the price."

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. "This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!"

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store. There’s about a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Would absolutely stay here again."
