"This property is clean, well maintained and very convenient if you are visiting a student at RPI. For the most part, everyone on the staff was very helpful and welcoming. But I will say there was one gentleman that was working the front desk- one of the managers I presume. And while I was having breakfast and talking to the waitress about how I was from California, and she was telling me how beautiful La Jolla is and she loved visiting San Diego , this Hilton worker had the nerve to come...

"Second stay split over a week. Great price is what makes it score higher. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Served its purpose for a stay in Latham - I would stay again if got a good deal on price. Property could do with some love. It is a dog friendly property - out of staff control but dogs barking all day in rooms, late at night as well with owners yelling at dogs as they ran down corridor. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed both the pool and the tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working during my stay. As a suggestion, there is only one laundry and dryer machine in the entire building, so adding more would make things much more convenient for guests. "

"It was an inexpensive and convenient location and the room we had was quite large and had a sleeper sofa, and the staff was friendly. But cleanliness was not good. Im not a picky person in general but there were noticeable stains on the bedding and towels and a layer of dust and grime on pretty much everything else that most hotels we've been to at least make an attempt to clean up. The beds had very little actual bedding. No comforters to be found basically just a paper thin sheet and...
