"Restaurants were great…Must make a reservation in advance, however the buffet was excellent as well. Magic show was fun. Pool was amazing and huge. Water was warm and very close to the beach. Swam in the ocean with sea turtles every morning. Only down side was that checking in was painfully SLOW."

"Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. Also, Palace Elite is VERY pushy in offering their membership, which completely smashed our desire to come back to any Palace hotels. "

"Very nice resort - but not great ocean front. Limited access to the ocean and very rocky shoreline. Lots of seaweed - but staff were trying to clean it everyday. Food was very good, but booking system for dinners was difficult to coordinate for more than one room. Crepe/ice cream truck and sausage cart was great! Staff was very friendly and property was clean. Smaller resort, but I would go back!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. "They were great! They did a special wine delivery to our room when I told them that it was my wife's birthday...we came back from the beach, and there was a bottle of wine in the room. Bordeoux sang to my wife during dinner...we loved it. On our final day though, my wife got a stomach ache, so I went down to Market Cafe to get her a sandwich, but the manager there didn't let me get it...that's the only reason why I'm giving 4-stars; otherwise, I wanted to give you guys a perfect 5! Thank you!"
