"We stayed at this hotel for a few days and, unfortunately, one thing left us quite disappointed.
It was my birthday during our stay, and I was surprised and saddened that the hotel didn’t acknowledge it in any way. I have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this.
Usually, hotels make at least a small gesture, such as leaving a birthday card or a little surprise in the room. I’m not even talking about any special gifts or complimentary...

"Quaint - that's the word. Quaint hotel in Covent Garden, within walking distance to the theaters. Would I go back? Yes. West-end theaters are a 10-minute walk, with some good places to eat along the way."

"A very last minute stay for me and was very convenient for Waterloo station. The staff could not be more helpful and overall it’s a decent place to stay. Only issue were the soundproofing isn’t great and I was given an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t ideal for me."
