When we first arrived, we were put in an accessible room - the bathroom had no barrier for the shower to allow for wheelchair access. "My favorite place to stay in London. It feels like a home away from home with a splash of special-ness. The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). You couldn't ask for nicer staff who will do anything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. "
