"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. "Check in was no frills. We arrived half an hour before check in and was offered a room but for an extra fee. I accidentally booked the room for one person so had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast which was fair enough but on check out an additional £10 for the extra person which I thought was unfair."

Our only criticism this time would be that they were quite slow to replenish the breakfast buffet, despite us having breakfast during one of the earlier, quieter slots. "The hotel is very dated. The room we were in was small, which wasn’t a problem, apart from it was stuffed full of 90’s furniture - we were literally tripping over it and each other. The door hit into the bed as we walked in, there four sets of drawers (12 drawers!), a fridge, bed (very small), tub chair and massive TV. "Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall. However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area. The Hotel seemed to have a lack of staff - the very nice mature lady at reception, was multitasking and ended up carrying our bags up to the room.
