"Amazing hotel, amazing room, and amazingly helpful staff"

"Breakfast is good"

"We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!"

"Although the hotel appears fairly basic, the rooms are well equipped including a fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, slippers, a safe, plenty of towels and pillows etc. The staff were incredible. "The room had a great view and was very clean. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The staff was beyond helpful."

"We liked: 1. Location easy and quick to get to from Roma Termini station (10-15 mins walk) 2. Walking distance from attractions (Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps 15 min, 20 mins colloseum) 3. The room was big and possible to completely make it dark even during the daylight with automatic blinds 4. We had to ask but we got the baby cot for free that we all had to figure out how to build WE DIDN'T LIKE: 1. Luggage storage cost 15 euros, CASH ONLY (we only had 2 backpacks to store so we skipped...
