"We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. We also found the front desk staff to be consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay. However, there are significant downsides.
