"The staff were all really happy and very friendly helpful on the check in desk.The bar had a nice feeling about it, again the staff were all lovely and happy to serve whatever cocktail we wanted. The main entrance and bar were well cared for and maintained,and our room was clean and large, we had a great view of the sea. The hotel was a couple of minutes walk from Leas Cliff Hall, and a picturesque walk into Folkestone high street, all very easy to get to,well situated.we got there by train,which was again easy to get to."

Flat pillows need throwing, bed you can feel the springs, furniture handles falling off when opening draws, shower towel rails broken, shower had no pressure just trickling out and running down the head. Furniture needs updating or fixing."
