"I’ve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. I’ve had a better experience here than when I’ve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

"Stayed the one night for a visit to Kew Gardens. Hotel is a lovely pub located perfectly for visitors of the Gardens. Tube is nice and close by too so was easy to get to with over night bags. Receptionist was lovely and really helpful. We arrived well before check in, so they took our bags in to the luggage store and then moved them to our room for when we returned.
