Staff at front desk could be friendlier, a test fire alarm went off twice on si day and we had to pack and leave immediately, when we got to the lobby they said it was just a test, we could’ve slept longer or shower before checking out

Breakfast was good, staff were nice, fairly clean except shower in bathroom was not cleaned/shower not scrubbed. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room was broken, ice machine on floor was broken.

We arrived by the entrance on the parking lot side, which was unlocked most of the time, even at night, and allows anyone to enter to the second floor without any control. When we arrived a smoker entered before us, using the elevator while still smoking, so the elevator smelled like a frat party ...
