"Delicious breakfast "

"This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again."

"Check in was handled well, clerk was friendly and gave my dog a treat. Breakfast was very good, hotel seemed new and area was happening, with an outlet mall across the street and nice restaurants within walking distance. "

"Hotel/room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was unavailable which was a bummer but could use pool at next door hotel if wanted. Breakfast was good."

"Property looked and felt tired. Staff was ok - counter rep smoking outside entry upon arrival. Room was visibly clean but also looked tired - scuff marks, stains on chair cushion. "

"Rails were falling apart. Trash bags in the hallway. We had to leave a day early due to a huge snowstorm, I was told I would get a refund for the night. Weeks have passed and have yet to see that refund."

"Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, but was exactly the same things on two of the 3 mornings we were there. Pool area is nice. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very quiet."

"Great place to stay. Close to everything and has great amenities like the hot tub. Breakfast was really good too as well as the espresso option for your coffee. Highly recommend it. "

"I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it."
