Had a room in the main house which had difficult access to the bathroom, especially at night. (Three narrow steps up). Check in/put very smooth. Comfortable lounge areas"

"Weren't to a local wedding, needed a room and bed for the night. The hotel was great with a night porter and a decent bed. Breakfast the next morning was first class."

"Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one. "

"If you like decent coffee included in breakfast dont take this option. Breakfast was edible but that was jt and the beds were so soft and uncomfortable, the air con doesn't work properly either "

"We had a fantastic stay. The bed linen was immaculate and the towels were soft and fluffy. The decor in the room was very bright and clean. Breakfast was really good and brought to our room at the exact time we had asked for and the hot food was piping hot. Definitely value for money. This would be my first choice if I were to visit Stratford again. "

"On site parking for £10 very good value. We had one night, so effectively almost 24 hours. On street would've been way more. Third stay here, and the staff have consistently benn friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Take you to your room and leave, no hanging around thinking of a tip."

"Yes the only criticism was on the 15/4/26 in the restaurant they were pretty busy but the service was very slow which was a shame as it was our 48th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing but only having a main meal and dessert in 2 hours was not really acceptable. "

"Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. "

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one...
